Hey! My name is Semaj Anderson AKA: CEOSEMAJ on all social platforms, and I’ve been working in real estate for over five years. I have a deep understanding of our local market and have built strong partnerships in the upstate community and outside of it to serve my clients better. With expertise in construction, coming from rehabbing my own homes and taking an apprenticeship early in my career for 11 months working with contractors daily and investing my own money into homes, I can provide comprehensive advice and support on plenty of solutions a buyer/seller could use to best fit your situation. From 2019 to 2021, I specialized in helping people buy homes and earned a certification as a Home Buyer Specialist. From 2021 to 2023, I focused on assisting clients in selling their homes, earning another certification as a Home Selling Specialist. Now, I combine these skills to help my clients with both buying and selling homes, ensuring a smooth and successful experience. Outside of work, I enjoy working out four times a week at 864LEGENDS and bowling. I'm also in the process of building a team for my moving company, which serves a lot of my clients and apartment communities in the area.
